Here at THYKK, we want to make an artist out of you! Education and practice are key to the developed talent and skills our extension artists have. In our Stylist Education Program, we train existing stylists in the art of installing hair extensions.

Our Stylist Education Program includes FUSION and TAPE IN certifications.

These certifications are currently offered in-person in Toronto, Ontario and St.John's, Newfoundland. 

In our certifications, you will learn:

• consultation techniques and best practices for client care and service
• how to match and mix hair colours for natural and dimensional results 
• how to properly prepare your client's hair for installation
• precise cutting techniques for blending extensions into different types of hair
• proper placement and techniques for installation
• non-harming removal techniques
• how to communicate at-home care to your client with grace and ease

Are there any prerequisites for the certification?

Yes, you are required to be an educated stylist. 

Where do the certifications take place?

We partner with our stylist ambassadors and salons to accommodate various group sizes.
