RETURN POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

In consideration of hygiene and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used hair extensions. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product, and this policy is in place to ensure the safety and quality for all clients.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@thykk.hair within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • Refunds to the original form of payment are subject to a 5% restocking fee

  • Alternatively, you may choose to receive a full refund as a THYKK gift card, with no fee applied

Requests made after the 2-hour window will be processed as placed. Any approved refunds after this time will be issued as a store credit (gift card).


Exchanges

We accept exchanges on unopened, unused hair extensions within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
